Changes

Improvements:

• Neutral ship bullets no longer damage other neutral ships
• Added option to kill just neutral or enemy ships in kill command

Fixes:

• Bullets are now always rendered on top of ships
• Fixed outline of stations being 1 pixel too thin at the sides
• Fixed raycast of laser beam not working across chunk borders

Technical:

• Increased performance of graphics.draw_stars() by more than 2.5x
• Changed from optimization level 0 to 2 when compiling .exe
